Return Policy

We would like to make every customer satisfied with their purchases. If you would like to return an item you purchased, we will accept returns within 14 days after the purchase date. Return requirements are:

 

• Providing your order # with the receipt
• Items you would like to return must be unused
• Items must be returned with their original packaging
• All items left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail price

Returns will be credited to the original payment method used.

 

How to Return?

To return a product please contact us with your order information (mail). We'll respond during business hours with instructions.

- Returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee.

- A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days upon approval of the return.

- Return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.

- Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.

Any broken or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for any broken or missing items if not contacted within that period.
